We went to a local farm market today... It had a corn maze, straw forts, the works. In other words, a bunch of stuff Mary couldn't appreciate. But we had a blast. They had a hay ride to a pumpkin patch that was a lot of fun, and it was nice to be out in the sun on a crisp fall day.

A quick snack behind the straw fort while we waited for the next wagon to the pumpkin patch. Or, as I like to think of it, cream for her coffee.

She was a little disappointed at first because we told her we were going to go see big orange useless things and she thought we were talking about Louise, but she got over it.

I explained that it was the pumpkin's 'numach hole, but I don't think she understood. (It's an outie!)

A little classic Mary tongue action for her fans
All done. We were definitely ready for a nap at this point. Mary was too =).
